Keel laying Ceremony of PSV 3300 at the Ha Long Shipbuilding

On March 10 2015, The keel of the platform supply vessel PSV 3300 for export to the Netherland’s Damen Shipyard Group was laid at the Ha Long Shipbuilding.

The PSV 3300 is designed by Damen Group of the Netherlands with many of the modern feateures, used to provide goods and to serve offshore oil-rigs, Lloyd’s register offices UK supervision and classification ship, unlimited exploitation, quality assurance with standards of European. The vessel, 80 meters long and 16.2 meters wide, has a 728-square-metre main deck and deadweight of 3,500 tones. It can travel at 13.5 nautical miles per hour and operate continuously for 28 days in normal conditions at sea.

This is the first time in Vietnam , Ha Long Shipbuilding Company implemented a newly build vessel with high value economic . It is said to own preeminent features and only a limited number of shipbuilders in the world are capable of building this PSV 3300 series.
